At 17, I suffered a life-altering accident that left me with chronic back pain and limited mobility. For years, I searched for relief but found nothing that truly addressed the root of my discomfort. That’s when I began developing KI.OM.THAI—a method rooted in deep bodywork, breathwork, movement, meditation, and sound. Through these disciplines, I was able to heal my body, restore my freedom of movement, and release years of tension.

But KI.OM.THAI didn’t just heal me as a person—it saved me as a therapist. Many body practitioners face fatigue, injuries, or strain from their work, but this method is designed with zero-effort techniques that protect my body while ensuring every session is intentional and impactful. One of my greatest gifts is active listening—being fully present, sharp, and intuitive in conversations. I believe true transformation comes not just from setting goals but from shifting our mindset and uncovering limiting beliefs. As a mindset coach, I help clients find clarity and peace within themselves, creating space for authentic expression without judgment or the need for validation.

Hi, I’m Kattia. My journey to healing began at 17, following a severe accident that left me with chronic back pain. My quest for relief led me to explore and integrate therapeutic yoga, Thai massage, breathwork, and advanced body mechanics, culminating in the creation of the KI.OMTHAI method. This approach goes beyond simple relaxation to target the root causes of tension, pain, and emotional stress.

Currently based in Zurich, I split my time between Europe, Asia, and Latin America. This international lifestyle allows me to continually enrich my practice through diverse experiences and teachings. I immerse myself in various wellness traditions, engage with healers and therapists from around the world, and learn from different cultures and environments. This global perspective enhances my ability to offer personalized and effective therapies.

I collaborate with some of the world’s leading wellness resorts, delivering tailored therapies that foster profound transformation. Whether you're facing stress, injury, or chronic tension, my goal is to create a healing experience that nurtures both your body and mind.
